What’s in store for FY 2008—supporting event documents
On March 8, DC Action for Children, DC Fiscal Policy Institute and The Arc of DC co-hosted a
forum on the FY 2008 budget – “What’s in store for FY 2008?” The event featured four budget
and finance experts: Ed Lazere, DC Fiscal Policy Institute; Robert Ebel, Office of Revenue
Analysis, OCFO; Eric Goulet, Council of the District of Columbia Budget Office; and William
Singer, Office of the City Administrator.

- The Arc – visit www.arcdc.net to learn how The Arc achieves its mission to improve the quality of life of all persons with mental retardation and their families through supports and advocacy. And new from The Arc: The Arc of the District of Columbia has released its second annual "Guide to the FY 2007 Oversight and FY 2008 Budget Hearings." The guide provides information on current and upcoming DC Council oversight and budget hearings. In particular, the guide offers questions related to services for residents with developmental disabilities and their families that the public may wish to track during the hearings.
